There are no big names behind us and no flashy suits or sales patter just a genuine love of France, and more particularly the region of the Ardèche, and some old-fashioned personal experience. We work with a highly experienced Estate Agency in the Ardèche and all the properties in our region have been visited prior to proposing them to you. We will discuss with you in detail what you are looking for in your property – a second home for holidays or retirement, an investment, a rental opportunity…..and provide the “hand-holding” along the path to final signatures and then beyond to moving into your new home.Other regions in France:
If your heart is already set on another area in France and we cannot persuade you otherwise we can also assist you in searching for a property in other regions around France. We would put together a portfolio of properties that meet your requirements and accompany you on your visits if this is required. Our service has varying levels but the complete portfolio is based on:- Initial discussions – questionnaire - to define the type of property required
- A search and a portfolio of properties to be presented for visit
- A review of this portfolio prior to any trips being made
- Assistance during the house visits
- Assistance through the purchase process:
- Visits to the properties
- Assistance with the property purchase
- Assistance with the solicitor
- Assistance with the bank
- Assistance with building quotes and local town hall administration
- Guidance through the French legal and taxation maze
- Our “Settling-in” service ; settling you in to your new home or property.

- Advice on setting yourself up in France : running a business and being self-employed in France is not always as easy as in the UK and we can help and advise here
- House checking service : this is a separate service but one just as useful for you as a second home owner (Ardèche only)
