Tariffs

Each property project is different and whilst we prefer to quote individually for your property search we have provided a selection of prices for our services depending on what you require:

Full Finder Service & “Settling-in package” : 2500 Euro

Settling-in service only: 750 Euro

Property Finding Portfolio : 500 Euro

One-off Property Search / First-Time-Search Assistance : 250 Euro

Day rate for visits outside the Ardèche region : 240 Euro * (+expenses)

All prices quoted are in Euro and exclude any tax.

*The day rate for visits includes a translation service and assistance with any meetings you may need to have in your preferred region (banks, builders, etc..)

Gardening & House Checks

It is always a worry if you are a second home owner and live far away from your property. You need to feel reassured that all is well when even when you are not there. Also when you arrive you don’t want to spend hours mowing the lawn and gardening. This is what we aim to provide – it is only available in our region of the Ardèche.

Prices vary depending on what you are looking for. If you require more major work to be carried out we can assist you in finding the builder’s or relevant craftsmen to quote for the jobs required.
