Who are we?

Ardeche Property Finder is a small company run by Charlotte Saint Jean and ably assisted by her French husband, Christian It was created for a number of reasons not least of which was their love of this region of France and their desire to share some of its hidden charms and beauty with those seeking a different pace of life.

The company aims to provide a truly personal touch and a real helping hand in making your dreams become a reality. Owning a home in any foreign country is a wonderfully romantic idea and the prospect of sipping a glass of Chardonnay from the terrace of your own corner of paradise the ideal dream. The reality of making that dream happen can sometimes be very daunting – the language barriers, different legal, administration and taxation laws and a minefield of other obstacles and of course, you then have to find the house! Ardèche Property Finder aims to provide the stepping stones to make your path towards your dream as smooth and trouble-free as possible.

We have based the business concept on:

• Personal experience of buying and owning property in France
• Some basic Knowledge of legal, financial and administration issues to watch out for (based on our experience of running a home and business in France)
• A love of France –especially our region of France

We aim to:

• Provide a comprehensive, efficient and friendly service to help you find the home of your dreams
• Provide English language assistance to cut through some of the maze of a foreign language
• To advise and assist you and avoid the pitfalls….to remove the rose-tinted glasses for just a second without being too much of a wet blanket!
